From interactive games to spacious play areas, your dog will enjoy twice daily off-leash exercise sessions in our secure paddocks, either individually or together if they’re boarding with a buddy – all under the watchful eye of our attentive team.

Drop Off and Pick Up
We offer convenient pick-up and drop-off times to accommodate your schedule. From Monday to Saturday, you can bring or collect your dog between 9:00-11:45 am, or alternatively, between 4:00-5:15 pm.
- We encourage owners to arrive by 5:00 pm to ensure a smooth transition process is completed by 5:15 pm.
- On Sundays, pick-up and drop-off times are available from 9:00-11:00 am.
- On Bank Holidays, we operate with Sunday hours.
- Please be advised that our pick-up and drop-off services will not be available on Christmas Day and Boxing Day. Bookings for these dates will incur a double rate charge. Should you have any questions or require further information give us a call.

Seasonal Heating Charge
Between November 1st – March 31st, a mandatory £3 per day heating charge will apply to all bookings to ensure your pet stays warm and comfortable.

Booking & Payment Details
- A 50% deposit is required to secure all bookings and must be paid within 24 hours of reservation.
- The remaining balance is due in line with the booking confirmation and prior to arrival, unless otherwise agreed.
- We recommend that owners provide their dog’s usual food where possible, as this helps maintain routine and comfort during their stay.
- We accept cash, credit card and debit card payments. Cheques are not accepted.
Trial Stay
Experience our facilities with a trial stay before booking a longer visit.
- Trial stays, including an overnight stay, are charged at our standard daily rate.
- To book a trial stay, please use the Kennels module in our booking system and select your preferred date(s).
If your furry friend hasn’t stayed with us before, please get in touch to book a special welcome stay. This stay is all about making sure your dog feels comfortable and happy, and if there’s anything you’re worried about, we’ll make a note of it and chat with you to ensure everything’s set for a tail-wagging stay.

Vaccination Certificate
Pets must have complete vaccinations and proof of this must be presented upon arrival in the form of a vaccination certificate.
Terms & Conditions
If your dog has not received vaccinations up to the required standard, we reserve the right to decline acceptance (refer to the Terms and Conditions for additional details on vaccination requirements).
Kennel Cough Vaccine
To ensure the safety and well-being of all our guests, please note that the Kennel Cough vaccination must have been administered at least 14 days prior to your planned stay with us.
