Pick-Up, Drop-Off & Closures
Monday to Friday
- Drop-off: 7:30am – 9:00am
- Pick-up: 4:00pm – 5:30pm
- Latest pick-up: 5:15pm (to allow for a smooth end-of-day transition)
Daycare is closed on:
- Bank Holidays
- The first two weeks of August
- The period between Christmas and New Year

Booking & Payment Details
- Full payment is required at least 48 hours before all scheduled daycare sessions. Please note that this timeframe applies to business days only, as the daycare centre operates Monday to Friday.
- We understand that flexibility is sometimes needed. Customers may swap their booked daycare day, provided changes are requested at least 48 business hours in advance and are subject to availability.
- Daycare operates on weekdays only and is closed on weekends and scheduled closure periods. Requests made outside of operating days may not be processed until the next business day.
- All prices are inclusive of VAT.
- Assessments and daycare sessions are available exclusively to dogs aged one year and older.
Pricing
We understand that you may need flexibility from time to time which is why customers are permitted to swap their day up to 48 hours in the future.
Payment is required in advance. All prices are inclusive of VAT
We are open 7:30am – 5:30pm. We are closed on bank holidays, 2 weeks during August and the week between Christmas and New Year.

Before joining the playful ranks of our daycare family, every dog is required to have an assessment session. This important step ensures that our daycare environment remains a harmonious and happy place for all our furry guests. Conducted by one of our experienced onsite trainers, this session is designed to understand your dog’s unique personality, behaviour, and needs. During the assessment, we evaluate a variety of criteria to ensure that your dog will thrive in our care. This helps us determine not just the suitability of your dog for our daycare environment, but also which one of our doggy groups will be the perfect fit for them.
- Assessment sessions constitute a 3 hour daycare day
- In order to uphold the highest standard of care for your dog, we kindly ask that all potential daycare clients provide a signed behaviour form before booking an assessment session.

That’s why we’re thrilled to offer our furry guests an exciting addition to their daycare adventure: professional training sessions with our on-site dog trainers! Whether your pooch is here to play, socialise, or both, they can now enjoy personalised training to enhance their skills, manners, and overall happiness.
Silver Package (£15)
Perfect for the eager learner, this option includes one 30-minute training session on each week of daycare. It’s a fantastic way to
introduce your dog to new commands or refine existing skills.
Gold Package (£20)
Double the learning and double the fun! This premium choice offers two 30-minute training sessions per week, ideal for pups who thrive on extra attention and those working on more complex behaviours.
*Available exclusively for canine guests enrolled on one of of our weekly packages.

Led by an experienced trainer who works closely within our daycare environment, these sessions provide focused, one-to-one support tailored to your dog’s individual needs, learning style, and pace.
Whether your dog would benefit from confidence-building, foundation skills, or reinforcement of good manners, training sessions take place in a familiar setting to support calm learning and real-life application.

For dogs attending daycare, enjoy personalised 1-to-1 training sessions delivered on-site during their daycare day.
Training sessions are subject to suitability and availability and are designed to complement your dog’s daycare routine without disrupting rest or play.
